We hope you're all doing well and looking forward to some warmer months ahead.
As our global fulfillment is now complete, we wanted to send out a final update to close the project out! We hope you're thoroughly enjoying your plays, and we look forward to hearing what your favorite anomalies are - leave some comments below, so we know what types of anomalies are most well-liked for our future expansion ideas!!
What if I didn't get my pledge yet?
Aside from 10 or so specific orders in the US (where we had to work through some logistical issues with the Treasure Trunk add-on bundle), all regions have completed their fulfillment. If you did not receive your pledge at this point, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll look into your order.

How do I pack the box(es)?
Here's a quick video showing one way you can pack the boxes, using the base game and Deluxe Upgrade box (rather than Strange Signals box). For us, we still prefer to use the Strange Signals box to store all the anomalies, but to each their own!

February update - shipping status

Happy February!
Just a quick update to let everyone know where the global shipping status is:
US: In progress. There are about 600 orders remaining to be fulfilled. The warehouse is definitely a bit behind at the moment, likely due to other projects clogging the works, but I still see new orders going out every day. So please join me in being patient for a little longer, and you should see your shipping notice and pledge soon enough. As soon as I have a more precise completion timeframe from Bridge Distribution, I will pass it on to you.
Canada: In progress. A second wave of inventory is on its way up to Lion Rampant as of this moment. Once they get it, they can fulfill all remaining orders. I estimate a couple weeks at most.
Europe: DONE! If you did not receive your pledge or shipping notification, please reach out to [email protected].
Asia: DONE! If you did not receive your pledge or shipping notification, please reach out to [email protected].

January update - Fulfillment status

Happy January!
Just a quick update to let everyone know the world-wide fulfillment status:
US: Bridge Distribution is preparing the batches as we speak, which means they should begin to send out packages very soon. Once they start, I expect it to move fairly quick.
Canada: Just before starting US fulfillment, Bridge is sending up the lot of inventory to Lion Rampant for Canadian fulfillment... so that also should not be long now.
Europe (and ROW): ALMOST DONE! As of this morning they have 7 orders left, which will all go out today I presume. I know the Belguim group pledge also went out to Joeri earlier today, so that group should soon get their packages too.
Asia: In progress. I see daily reports from VFI Asia, so I know these packages are headed to their respective countries.
Australia & New Zealand: In progress. I see daily reports from VR Distribution, so I know these packages are headed to their respective countries.

Happy New Year's Eve (at least here in the US!)
Hope everyone is doing well this holiday season! Wanted to give a quick update on the shipping progress, since fulfillment has officially begun in some regions!
Europe (and ROW): I have now seen the first shipping notification emails from Fulfillment Europe, so I'm thrilled to announce that fulfillment has officially begun! Based on this, I would expect fulfillment to continue into January. Once I hear an estimated completion timeframe I will certainly let you know.
Asia: VFI Asia has all their inventory in hand, so I expect they will begin shipments shortly after the new year, however I'm not sure what their backlog of other projects looks like - so I will update you as soon as I hear specific start and end dates.
US: The boat landed a few days ago, and the inventory cleared customs today. That means that shortly after the new year it will make its way to our warehouse in Georgia, and then Bridge Distribution will get the shipments in to their queue. I will update you when I hear specific start and end dates.
Australia & New Zealand: I will touch base with VR Distribution shortly after the new year to hear when they think fulfillment will begin, but I suspect it won't be long now.

November ocean freight update

Hey all!
Just a quick update to let you all know the estimated dates that the boats land in each region:
US: The WAN HAI A07 is set to land in Savannah, Georgia on December 29th.
Europe: The Cosco Capricorn is set to land in Hamburg, Germany on December 3rd.
Asia: The truck from VFI Asia picked up all the inventory about a week ago, so that shipment has probably already made its way into the project queue at VFI.
Australia: I asked for details regarding the ship being used, but I have not heard anything. If I get those details I'll certainly pass them along.
In short, all 4 lanes are MOVING! Of course, the dates that the boats land on continental shores should not, in any way, infer when fulfillment will actually begin. There's all sorts of dock paperwork to process, customs to get through, and in-land shipments to get the containers over to our actual fulfillment houses, and then each of those companies have their own project queues that we need to wait in for a bit.
Suffice to say, things are moving along nicely, and when the respective fulfillment houses give us actual project timeframes, we will pass those details along to you. Until then, have an awesome start of your winter season!
