How many sleeves do I need for each game?

Drop Drive: 1 pack of full-size sleeves, 2 packs of half-size sleeves, 1 pack of poker size sleeves.

Dungeon Drop: 1 pack of full-size sleeves.

Dungeon Drop: Dropped Too Deep: 2 packs of full-size sleeves.

Tavern Tales: 3 packs of poker-size sleeves.

All the other smaller expansions and add-ons do not add enough cards to require additional sleeve packs.

What does "Limited" mean?

Limited items are available only through Phase Shift Games, typically on Kickstarter or at gaming conventions. We do not make these items available to retail.

Are there 2 different types of walls available?

Yes. The base Drop Drive game will have folding card-stock quality walls inside the box. Then the “Space Walls” product comes with premium, reinforced punch-board walls, similar to those we created for Dungeon Drop.

Is there a solo mode for this game?

A solo mode is in development (as is a coop mode). Scott has had several promising play-throughs already, but ultimately we were not able to squeeze that mode into this campaign. One reason is thtat the box is JAM PACKED already, and solo mode will require some extra cool components. Another reason is we simply want to take the time to do everything right. So, for now, the game is 2-4 players (5 with the add-on).

Will the Deluxe components replace their counterparts in the base box, or are they extra?

The Deluxe box is an UPGRADE box, and therefore you will receive the normal items in the base game box AND the upgraded components in the Deluxe Upgrade box.

Will the base Drop Drive box fit sleeved cards and all the other components?

Yes! We made the decision to increase the base game box size in the middle of this campaign, and so now it is big enough to fit all the base game components AND sleeved cards. There will still be an extra Deluxe Upgrade box that may be needed to store ADDITIONAL items in your pledge, but the base game box will fit sleeved cards no problem.

Is the base game box the same size as Dungeon Drop and Tavern Tales?

Originally the answer to this was yes, but during this campaign we decided to increase the box size to better fit all the included components (with sleeved cards) and also better position the game in the market. It is planned to be 6x4x4 inches, which is 50% larger than the normal Dungeon Drop and Tavern Tales cube boxes.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
